# The confirmation email has not arrived

In NeuralVault 2.0 the "Account created" screen has a "Send it again" button, and the sign-in screen offers the same resend when an unconfirmed account tries to sign in.

## Steps

1. On the "Account created" screen, read the "Sent to" line. If the address is wrong, the email went to that address and not to you.
2. Check your spam folder. The app itself says to.
3. Press "Send it again". The app answers that if the address has an account that still needs confirming, a new link is on its way, with a new code if the email shows one.
4. Use the newest email only. An older code may no longer work.
5. If you have already left that screen, go to the sign-in screen, type your email and password and press "Sign in". If the error mentions a confirmation link, a "Send the confirmation email again" button appears under the form. Press it.

## How to tell it worked

A new email arrives, and either the code is accepted or, after you click the link, signing in with your password works.

## If it does not work

**The code from the email is rejected.**

Send it again and use the code from the newest email. The app warns that an older code may no longer work.

**The email only has a link and there is nowhere to paste it.**

That is expected. Click the link, then return to the app and sign in with your password.

**You have resent it and still nothing arrives.**

Write to us through the contact page on the Perpetual Technologies website and give the address you used. Do not create a second account with a different address to work around it.

## Still stuck

Bug reports belong in the app, in Settings, About. Those carry no contact details, so they
get fixed rather than answered. To get a reply, email us instead: that route targets two
business days. https://perpetualtechnologies.co.uk/contact
