# Pin, archive, rename and group your chats in the sidebar

In NeuralVault 2.0 the sidebar lists your chats under Working, Pinned, Recent and Archived, and lets you group them into folders and sidebar workspaces.

## Steps

1. Press "New session" at the top of the sidebar to start a chat. Your conversations are listed underneath, and the empty list reads "No conversations yet."
2. Open the actions menu on a row. It offers Review, Pin to top (or Unpin), Rename, Archive (or Restore), Delete and "Move to...". Snooze is shown but says snoozing a conversation is not supported yet.
3. Pinned chats sit under Pinned. Archived ones sit under Archived and stay in the Library. Past the list limit, "See all in Library" opens the rest.
4. To group chats, use the toolbar labelled Workspaces. "New folder" and "New workspace" create groups, and "Move to..." or dragging a row moves a chat into one. A group’s own menu offers Rename, Change icon, New folder inside, Move to..., Move up and Move down. When you have groups, chats that are not in one sit under "Ungrouped".

## How to tell it worked

The chat appears under the heading or group you moved it to.

## If it does not work

**Delete is greyed out on a row.**

The chat is still generating a reply. Wait for it to finish before deleting.

**You confuse a sidebar workspace with the folders the assistant may edit.**

They are different. A sidebar workspace or folder only groups chats. The folders the assistant can read and change are attached from the Workspace menu on the chat screen. See the guide on attaching a working folder.

**You want to act on several chats at once.**

See the guide on selecting several chats.

Bug reports belong in the app, in Settings, About. Those carry no contact details, so they
