# Where each setting lives

In NeuralVault 2.0 Settings has five groups and the sections below; use this list to find a setting by the question you have.

## Steps

1. Open Settings with Ctrl+, or from the Account row at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Workspace: Appearance (theme, interface size), Vault (which folder holds your notes, export, restore), Working folder (where the assistant may create and edit files), Vault curator (broken-link checks).
3. Intelligence: API keys, Managed usage (pay NeuralVault for AI instead of using a key), Usage (what ran and how many tokens it spent), Standing instructions (what Cortex should always know).
4. Agents and tools: Skills, Bring your work across, Tools (which tools need your approval), Pause automation, Plugins.
5. Connections and data: Connectors and integrations, Calendar, Remove my data, Privacy choices.
6. Account: Billing, Plan and sign-in, About (version, updates, feedback).

## How to tell it worked

You reach the section you were looking for by category.

## If it does not work

**A section named in an older guide or video is not there.**

The groups were reorganised. Older names such as Licence are now Plan and sign-in, and several screens that used to exist, such as Hotkeys and Notifications, were removed.

**A section is missing from your Settings.**

This list is the full set in this build. Some sections, such as Calendar and Plugins, refuse or hide on editions that do not include them. See Plan and sign-in.
