You bought the AI.
It still is not doing anything.

Most businesses do not have an AI problem. They have an AI that cannot see anything. It does not know your customers, cannot open your files and has no idea what happened last Tuesday, so it produces confident text about nothing in particular.

The subscription is active.
Nobody uses it.

COPY AND PASTE

Somebody has to paste the context in before it can answer anything useful. That is a step, not a saving.

CONFIDENTLY WRONG

A decent first draft that gets a name, a number or a date wrong, so everything needs checking anyway.

NO ACCESS

It cannot see the CRM, the inbox, the shared drive or the accounting system. It is guessing.

SIX TOOLS

Everyone on the team picked a different one, none of them talk, and none of them know your business.

PER SEAT

You are paying monthly for something that has not yet taken a single task off anyone.

THE DATA QUESTION

Nobody can tell you where what you typed into it actually went, or who else can read it.

Connect it to the
systems you already run.

AI integration is the unglamorous half nobody sells you: giving the model access to your real data, under rules you set, so its answers are grounded in your business rather than in the general internet. We work against the systems you have. Your email, your CRM, your accounting package, your spreadsheets, your file shares.

The point is almost never to replace what you already run. It is to stop your team being the integration layer, copying between six tabs so software can do what software should have done by itself.

If a person has to paste the context in every time, you have not automated anything. You have added a step.
01
We map what you runEvery system that holds something the AI would need to give a useful answer.
02
We connect it properlyCustom engineering against your actual systems, not a fixed list of supported logos.
03
We set the rulesWhat it may read, what it may change, and what has to come past a person first.
04
We keep it workingSystems change and integrations rot. Staying involved is the difference between working and worked.

The part most AI
asks you to give up.

Connecting AI to your business means handing it your business. That is the moment most owners hesitate, and they are right to. The usual answer is that your data goes to somebody else’s servers and you take their word for what happens to it.

NeuralVault is our own answer to that. It is an agent harness, which means the model is the part that thinks and the harness is the part that decides what it is allowed to touch.

It runs on your hardwareNot our servers, not a shared tenancy. A machine in your building that you own.
You choose where the model runsA cloud provider on your own key, a model on your own hardware, or both depending on the job. Neither is the default and neither is required.
Memory as plain filesWhat it knows is Markdown on your disk. Genuinely different from a dashboard that promises deletion.
Permissions and an audit trailEvery action is scoped, and every action that ran is recorded and readable afterwards.

NeuralVault Free is a public download today: Windows only, and an early 1.0 beta under active development. Personal and Business are not on sale yet. Integration work does not wait for any of it: most of what we build uses the tools you already own.

Before you ask.

Which systems can you connect to?

Integration work is bespoke engineering against whatever you already run, so it is not bounded by a list of supported logos. Email, CRMs, accounting packages, spreadsheets, file shares and line-of-business systems are all normal. If something has an API, a database or an export, it is usually reachable, and if it genuinely is not we will tell you early.

Is this the same as NeuralVault’s connectors?

No, and the distinction matters. NeuralVault has a fixed set of six built-in connectors on its roadmap: Shopify, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google Search Console, GitHub and RSS, not yet in the shipping build. Integration work as a service is separate and is not limited to that list. If somebody tells you the product connects to your accounting system out of the box, that is wrong.

Where does our data actually go?

That is a decision we make with you rather than a default you inherit. Work can be built against a local model running on your own hardware, against an outside provider, or a mix, and the trade-offs are different for each. What we will not do is connect your systems to something and leave you unclear about where the data went.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

Almost never. The whole point is to make the systems you already run work together, so replacing them defeats the exercise and costs you money for no gain.

What if we do not know which AI tool we should be using?

That is a normal starting position and it is a good reason to talk before buying anything. Picking the tool before understanding the workflow is how businesses end up with a subscription nobody uses.

What does it cost?

There is no public price list, because integration work is scoped to your systems rather than picked off a shelf. Pricing is fixed and transparent once we know what is involved, and the consultation is free.
