Built on it

AI Automation and AI Integration are built on NeuralVault, the agent harness we make ourselves. That is what gives an automation scoped permissions, a memory of what happened and an audit trail you can read, rather than a script nobody can inspect. The engagement is still bespoke work against your systems, so it is not limited to what NeuralVault connects to out of the box.

Runs it

On-Premise AI & Managed IT is the layer underneath: the machine NeuralVault actually runs on, specified, built and looked after. "Your data stays on your hardware" is a promise somebody has to keep after the interesting week is over, and that is this.

Teaches it

AI Proficiency Training covers the part software cannot: the people using it. Still in development and not on sale, and it applies to whichever AI tools you already run rather than only to ours.

Our product

NeuralVault

An agent harness you own and run yourself. Agents get a defined set of tools they may touch, a memory that survives the session, permissions on every action, and an audit trail of what ran.

Why we offer it. Most AI tools ask you to move your work to them. This one goes where your work already is: your notes stay as ordinary files on your own disk, the model is your choice, and nothing acts without permission you granted. It is the only thing on this page you download rather than hire us for.

AI Automation

The repetitive work that eats your week, handled without anyone touching a keyboard: the invoice retyped into a second system, the report rebuilt every Monday, the follow-up that only goes out when somebody remembers.

Why we offer it. This is the cheapest AI work to justify, because the thing it replaces is already measurable. You know roughly how many hours a week go into it, so you can tell afterwards whether it worked. We start here with most clients for exactly that reason.

AI Integration

AI connected into the tools you already run, so it works with your systems instead of becoming another one to check.

Why we offer it. Most businesses do not have an AI problem, they have an AI that cannot see anything. It does not know your customers, cannot open your files, and has no idea what happened last Tuesday, so it produces confident text about nothing in particular. Connecting it to real systems is what turns it from a demo into something that answers correctly.

On-Premise AI & Managed IT

The hardware private AI actually runs on, specified, built, secured and looked after.

Why we offer it. Keeping your data on your own machines is the easy part to say and the expensive part to get wrong. Something has to be bought, installed and kept running after the interesting week is over. We do not sell this as a general IT contract: it is the layer around an on-premise AI deployment, and that is the only shape it comes in.

AI Proficiency Training

The other three put AI into a business. This one trains the people who have to use it: briefing a job so it lands, catching an answer that is confidently wrong, and teaching the AI how your business actually works.

Why we offer it. An agent handed a vague instruction does not stop and ask, it loops. That is a training gap rather than a software one, and no amount of licence spend closes it. It splits into a cheap general course everybody sits and a dearer specialist course built on your own systems.
