These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website perpetualtechnologies.co.uk ("the Site"), operated by Perpetual Technologies AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17330522, registered office 67 High Street, Shoeburyness, Southend-On-Sea, England, SS3 9AW ("we", "us", "our").
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may use the Site to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not:

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;

Personal data you send us through the Site is handled per our Privacy Policy.
3. Our services
The Site describes services including AI-powered automation, server infrastructure design and management, managed IT, and custom AI assistants. Descriptions on the Site are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. Any actual engagement for services is governed by a separately signed agreement (e.g. our Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work) and is not formed by browsing this Site or contacting us through it. Where we agree to a free introductory conversation, neither party is obliged to do anything beyond attending it.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, the "Perpetual Technologies" name and branding) is owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, republish, or exploit Site content commercially without our written permission.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
6. Disclaimer and liability
6.1 The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6.3 Subject to clause 6.2, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

- These Terms govern your use of this website. Questions about them, and any notice you have to give us under them, go to the address above.
- The software licence governs your use of the NeuralVault application, and is a different agreement: the End User Licence Agreement. Refunds, subscriptions, the concurrent session limit and liability for the product are dealt with there, not here.
- Your data is covered by the privacy notice, including your rights under UK GDPR and how to exercise them. Data protection requests should say so plainly in the subject line so they are not handled as ordinary support.
Complaints. Tell us first, at the address above, and we will reply. If you are a consumer in the UK and we cannot resolve it between us, you keep every right you have under consumer law, including the right to complain to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice consumer helpline. If your complaint is about how we handle personal data, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Complaining to either does not cost you anything and does not take away any other right.
