For directors and executives

Know what you are signing off,
and what stops it going wrong.

NeuralVault is an agent harness that runs on hardware you own. Changes wait for a yes, every approved chat write is snapshotted first, and everything is on the record.

A preview of the redesigned Dashboard, which is in the development build and not in a release yet. Made-up numbers, not a screen capture.

Why it fits you

You are the one who answers for it, so you need to know what it can do, what stops it, and how you leave.

  1. 01

You can say what it does

Agents read and write a vault of plain files, and every change waits for your approval. That is the whole system, in one sentence.

  2. 02

    A mistake can be undone

Writes wait for your approval, and every approved chat write is snapshotted first, so one control puts the files back.

  3. 03

    Leaving costs a copy

Your notes and memory are plain files. Export copies them to a folder you choose, and nothing is converted. The audit log is a readable text file on the same disk.

The difference it makes

Before, and with NeuralVault.

Without it

  • You cannot say what it may touch
  • Undo means hoping someone kept a copy
  • Leaving means a migration project

With NeuralVault

  • Changes wait for approval
  • A snapshot before every approved chat write
  • Notes and memory in plain files, so leaving is a copy
  1. 1

    It proposes

Any change to your files waits as a card.

  2. 2

    A person approves

Nothing is written until someone says so.

  3. 3

    You can put it back

A snapshot was taken first, and one control restores the files an approved chat write touched.

What it does for you

The answers you need
before you put your name to it.

Changes wait for a yes

When an agent wants to write a note, add a card or log a line, it waits on a card showing exactly which files it touches.

A guard, with its scores shown

A check looks at each action before it runs. Its test scores are published with their dates, including the set where it scores lower.

See the scoreboard

A record, not a memory

What ran, when, and why it decided to, kept in a log you can read. Accountability does not depend on anyone remembering.

Your data stays on your machines

Notes, memory and the audit log are files on hardware you own. Anything sent to an outside model is a choice, stated where you make it.

A cost you can see

The Usage page shows tokens spent and an estimated cost, with an export, or use your own key and nothing is metered. The editions page has the plans.

Your team brought along

Onboarding is part of a Business deployment, and AI Proficiency Training, a course for the people who use AI at work, is in development.

Try Personal for now

NeuralVault Business is still in development.

Personal is the edition to start with today, and it can do a lot of what you are looking for here. Try it on your own work now, and move to Business when it is ready.

What is not ready

Shared organisations and seats come with Business. Business testing opens in December 2026, and launch is planned for the first quarter of 2027, with January the goal. The guard’s results come from our own testing, not an outside audit, and the scoreboard shows every test set with its date, so you can judge it yourself. Free is chat first: the Dashboard, Library, Orchestra, MCP connectors, plugins and the agent features need a Personal plan.
