Your balance and top-ups
How the balance works, what it pays for, and when it looks wrong.
- How your balance works: monthly allowance, top-ups and running outYour balance is two parts, a monthly allowance that is spent first and starts again each cycle, and a top-up that is kept until you use it. The monthly plans are not on sale yet.
- Managed usage: your balance, top-ups and spend limitsIn NeuralVault 2.0, Settings, Intelligence, Managed usage is a separate wallet for AI that NeuralVault pays for on your behalf; it needs a signed-in account and is not part of the subscription on the Billing screen.
- My balance looks wrongThe usual reasons: the figure was read a minute ago, the app labels a small badge in its own units while Settings shows money, a spend limit is acting like an empty balance, or a payment has not landed yet.
- NeuralVault routing: pick from 390+ models and pay from your balanceRouting means NeuralVault supplies and pays for the model, and the calls come out of your balance, with nothing to connect; It is not on sale yet. It is not part of Free.

- You paid, but the app still says FreeAlso hereThe app checks your plan on a schedule rather than the instant a payment clears, so force the check instead of waiting for it.Home: Your account and plan / Your edition and what it includes
