Read the Activity page: your recent runs, newest first
In the Beta build, the Activity page lists the newest 100 runs on your machine under a heading for each day, refreshes every 8 seconds, and shows your scheduled prompts at the top; it is on Personal and Business, not Free.

Steps
- Check your edition. Activity needs the Dashboard feature, which Personal and Business have. Free does not include it, so it is not offered there.
- Open it. Press Ctrl+K and choose Activity, or open the Dashboard and press "All activity" at the bottom of the "Recent runs" card.
- Read the heading: "Every run on this machine, newest first."
- Look at "Scheduled prompts" at the top, if you have any. Each shows the prompt, when it repeats, and its next run. "Cancel" takes one off the list. With none, a line says how to make one: in a chat, type /schedule followed by when, a bar, and the prompt.
- Read the day headings. Runs sit under a heading for the day they ran.
- Read a row. It shows how long ago it ran, then the kind of run (such as Chat, Scheduled, Board, Heartbeat, Briefing, Workflow, Orchestra or Helper call), then the detail, then a badge. The badge says Queued, Running, Succeeded, Failed or Cancelled, or "Stopped when the app closed" if the app was shut mid-run. A token count appears only when a run used some.
- Leave the page open to watch. It re-reads the list every 8 seconds, so a running badge changes by itself.
- Know the limit. It shows the newest 100 runs and says "Showing the newest 100 runs. Older runs are not listed here." when it has reached that many.
How to tell it worked
Start a chat, then look at Activity: a run for it appears under today’s heading.
If it does not work
- Activity is not in the Ctrl+K palette.
- The palette only offers pages your edition may open. On Free, Activity is not included. See the guide on how editions work.
- The page says "No runs recorded yet".
- Nothing has run yet. Every chat, agent run and scheduled job is recorded as it happens.
- A line says "Could not refresh the run list. Showing the last one that loaded".
- The list on screen is from the last good read and the page keeps trying every few seconds. Press "Try again" in that line. If it persists, see the guide on the engine not running.
- The page says "Could not read the run ledger".
- Nothing loaded at all. Quote the message shown in a bug report.
