The Safety screen: rewrites, security events and audit logs

Three review queues in one place: changes the assistant wants to make to itself, security events, and a live view of every agent run.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then System, then Safety.
  2. Self-rewrite review queue counts changes the assistant has proposed to its own instructions and is waiting on you for. Review opens the queue.
  3. Security events counts anything open that wants a decision. Nothing open is the normal state.
  4. Audit logs opens a live view of agent runs: queued, running and recent.

How to tell it worked

Each of the three rows shows a count or an explicit nothing open, rather than staying on loading.

If it does not work

A row says it could not load.
The card reports what it can and names the error on the row that failed, so the other two are still trustworthy. It is a read failure rather than a sign that something was approved without you.
There is no Review button beside a row.
That review page is not available on your edition. The count is still shown, so you can see there is something there.
