The Safety screen: rewrites, security events and audit logs
Three review queues in one place: changes the assistant wants to make to itself, security events, and a live view of every agent run.

Steps
- Open Settings, then System, then Safety.
- Self-rewrite review queue counts changes the assistant has proposed to its own instructions and is waiting on you for. Review opens the queue.
- Security events counts anything open that wants a decision. Nothing open is the normal state.
- Audit logs opens a live view of agent runs: queued, running and recent.
How to tell it worked
Each of the three rows shows a count or an explicit nothing open, rather than staying on loading.
If it does not work
- A row says it could not load.
- The card reports what it can and names the error on the row that failed, so the other two are still trustworthy. It is a read failure rather than a sign that something was approved without you.
- There is no Review button beside a row.
- That review page is not available on your edition. The count is still shown, so you can see there is something there.
