Why a feature you expected is not there

Free is Chat, Settings and Vault. Board, Agents, Workflows, Voice Memos, Canvas, Connectors and Calendar all need Personal or above, and Wire needs Business specifically.

Steps

  1. Check Settings, General, Licence for the edition this install is actually running.
  2. Free’s surface is three things: Chat, Settings, and your Vault. Everything else in the sidebar needs at least Personal.
  3. Board, Agents, Workflows, Voice Memos and the Dashboard all need Personal. Canvas and Connectors and integrations need Personal too.
  4. Wire sits above even Personal, at Business only: an ordinary Personal licence does not open it, the same way Free does not open Personal features.

How to tell it worked

A page that was missing appears in the sidebar once the account is on an edition that includes it, with nothing else to configure.

If it does not work

You are on Personal and Wire is still not there.
That is correct for Personal. Wire needs Business, a step above.
A page you had is gone after your subscription lapsed.
Entitlements are re-read whenever the app checks your licence, so a lapsed, cancelled or revoked subscription collapses a gated page rather than leaving it on screen against a backend that is already refusing it.
You expected the Dashboard to be on every edition, the way a home screen usually is.
Not in this build. It needs Personal, the same tier as the agent fleet and the curated connectors it displays.
You want to know exactly what a specific tier includes before buying.
