Why a feature you expected is not there

Free is Chat, Settings and Vault. The board, the agent fleet, the dashboard and connectors need Personal or above. Canvas and Calendar are Business, and Wire is not in the app yet. *Corrected 2026-10-14: the board is Business, not Personal. Skills and the audit log are on Free too.

Steps

  1. Check Settings, General, Licence for the edition this install is actually running. *Corrected 2026-10-14: that screen is now Settings, then Account, then Plan and sign-in.
  2. Free’s surface is three things: Chat, Settings, and your Vault. Everything else in the sidebar needs at least Personal. *Corrected 2026-10-14: Skills and the audit log are also available on Free, and the board and Wire need Business.
  3. The board, agents and the Dashboard need Personal. Connectors and integrations need Personal too. Canvas and Calendar are Business, and read-only in the build today. *Corrected 2026-10-14: the board is Business too, since 2026-09-20. It needs Business, not Personal.
  4. Wire, the team channels and email surface, is not in the app yet on any edition, so there is nothing for a licence to open.

How to tell it worked

A page that was missing appears in the sidebar once the account is on an edition that includes it, with nothing else to configure.

If it does not work

You are on Personal, or even Business, and Wire is still not there.
That is correct. Wire is not built into the app yet, so no edition shows it.
A page you had is gone after your subscription lapsed.
Entitlements are re-read whenever the app checks your licence, so a lapsed, cancelled or revoked subscription collapses a gated page rather than leaving it on screen against a backend that is already refusing it.
You expected the Dashboard to be on every edition, the way a home screen usually is.
Not in this build. It needs Personal, the same tier as the agent fleet and the curated connectors it displays.
You want to know exactly what a specific tier includes before buying.
This page will not restate a pricing table that changes independently of it. Check the editions page on this website for the current, authoritative list.
