See which edition your install is running
In NeuralVault 2.0, Settings, Account, Plan and sign-in names the edition and lists every capability with an icon showing whether this install holds it.

Steps
- Open Settings with Ctrl+, or from the Account row at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose Account, then Plan and sign-in.
- Read the "Edition" row. It says Free, Personal or Business, or "Not reported" if the app could not read it.
- Read the line under it, for example "N of M included on this install", then the table headed "What it unlocks" and "Included".
- A tick means the edition includes it. A dash means it is not included. A clock with "Not in this release" means your edition includes it but this build does not implement it yet. That is not a fault with your account.
- The "Where this comes from" row says the edition comes from your NeuralVault account, and the same plan follows you to another machine within the number of machines your plan covers.
How to tell it worked
The Edition row matches the plan on your account, and the Account row in the sidebar shows the same edition name.
If it does not work
- The Edition row says Free but you expected Personal or Business.
- Press "Renew now" on the same screen, then sign out and back in. See the guide on renewing your plan.
- The screen says "Could not read your plan".
- The message after it is the reason. If the engine banner is showing at the top of the window, deal with that first.
- You are looking for somewhere to paste a licence key.
- There is nowhere. The edition comes from the account you sign in with, and nothing is installed or pasted.
