Projects: created in Chat, linked from a Board card, no page of their own
There is no Projects page. A project is a row you create by asking in Chat, and linking a card to one is an annotation and a folder shortcut, not a filter.

Steps
- Create a project in Chat by asking for one, for example "let’s make a project about X". There is no form or Settings card for this.
- On a Board card, link it to a project from the picker. The card gains a project chip with a shortcut to open the project’s working folder, and an unlink option.
- Close a project the same way you opened one, by asking Chat to close it.
How to tell it worked
A linked card shows the project’s name as a chip, and the folder shortcut on it opens the right place.
If it does not work
- The project picker on a Board card is empty.
- No project has been created yet. The only way to create one is through Chat; nothing on the Board itself explains that, so it looks empty for a reason that is not on screen.
- Linking a card fails with a message about an unknown project slug.
- The project was renamed or removed since the picker was populated. Reopen the picker and choose it again.
- You expected linking a card to a project to filter the Board down to just that project.
- It does not. Linking is an annotation on the card plus a folder shortcut; there is no project-wide filter or grouping view.
