AI-drafted replies in Wire, and why nothing sends by itself

Drafting, approving and sending are three separate steps. Approving only queues a reply; you still press Send now yourself.

Steps

  1. On a message, choose Draft to have the assistant write a reply. It runs once against a fixed instruction never to invent facts, prices or commitments, and the draft appears under the message.
  2. Approve moves the draft into an outbox file; it does not send it. Dismiss discards it without sending anything.
  3. Press Send now yourself when you are ready. Approving and sending are kept apart on purpose, so you see exactly what is about to go out before it does.

How to tell it worked

A message you approved sits in the outbox until you press Send now, and only leaves once you have.

If it does not work

Sending fails with a message about which account to use.
A reply not tied to a specific account, with more than one account configured, refuses to send rather than guessing. Reply from the account the original message arrived on.
You expected a reply to send itself once approved.
It never does in this build. Approve only queues it; Send now is a separate press, every time.
