See which tools need your approval

In NeuralVault 2.0, Settings, Agents and tools, Tools lists every tool an agent may call, what happens if it goes wrong, and whether it asks you first or runs without asking.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then Agents and tools, then Tools.
  2. Search by a tool’s name or by what it does. The screen shows "N tools", or "X of N tools shown" while a search is active.
  3. Read the columns "If it goes wrong" and "Your policy". The policy reads "asks you first" or "runs without asking".
  4. Use it before you approve something on an approval card, to see what kind of tool is asking.

How to tell it worked

The table lists the tools, and a search narrows it to the ones you typed.

If it does not work

The screen says "No tools reported".
It says the tool catalogue is empty and that this is a fact about the install rather than something to fix here. Report it if you think that is wrong.
You cannot change a tool’s policy here.
The screen only reports it. Approval happens on the card in Chat.
